Amazing ... Nirdesh provided one of the most fantastic services I ever had from a phone provider perspective, and I had been through many providers before, including T-mobie, AT&T, and Verizon to name a few. He immediately listened to the plan I needed (the 60/13Gb), made sure I understood the contents of the plan, got me 2 numbers (for the wife and I), and even made me choose the number I liked. Explained the app very well, and how the billing cycle is set. And best of all, was able to get me some bonuses and discounts to the best of his ability. An associate named Prabhjot was very helpful with answering all of my questions and finding the best plan for my personal needs. She was also very friendly and good.
