I tried to go here. I walked into the mini-mall but couldn't find the store. I think it doesn't exist?

Found the store and it was open. The front portion of the store had lights on but the back portion did not. Doesn’t seem like they sell “new” comics either. I asked for a couple titles and the clerk replied with “if new, we don’t have”.
