I love this Edible Arrangements. I placed my order a day ahead and was able to get free delivery because I ordered in advance. I'm not much of a computer person, so I called and the girl working was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Thank you for doing a beautiful job on a chocolate dipped fruit platter plus a big bag of fresh fruits and veggies. My sister was so overjoyed that she cried! I will definitely order from your store again!
We purchased an arrangement and a few days later, we noticed that we were charged twice for the same amount. We called the store and spoke with Giri who said she will look into the matter and get it resolved. Still to this day, we have no resolution. We called to check on it, talked to Marie, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. At the end of the conversation with her, she said she will call us back in a few minutes. Of course she didn't. Then a few minutes we received a call from their head offices in Georgia, talk to Sean, and he cannot do anything. We have to call our bank to dispute the charge. Unbelievable. Such horrible customer service. We will never purchase anything again from this location, and will make sure our friends and family do not either. All over 39.94.
Was calling Missisauga Canada ( suburb of Toronto)from States to order special Halloween Treat to be sent to my family there. I called the day before and was helped by very pleasant employee. My order needed to be revised and they accepted it with no problem. The package arrived in excellent condition. Was enjoyed very much by my family. I have used Edible Arrangements from a variety of locations,and always was very pleased with both quality of product and excellent customer service. I recommend Edible Arrangements and give it an A plus.
