This place is amazing! The sales staff are extremely knowledgeable with there product, service is fast and prices are always good. Very friendly and welcoming place to visit, ECS is highly recommended if you have electrical supply needs!

Nepotism- incompetence- poor management. ISO:9004 procedure is not followed as per internal review 2017 fall Sales staff does not follow return procedures leading to a back log of returns. New production manager took a vacation and then took credit for”changes” he made while he was gone. The warehouse workers are under appreciated over worked not supported whilst the sales team is pampered for their mistakes. Sales purchasing and warehouse are all very divided Mississauga ends up being a hub for several branches but we didn’t have the staff or space to handle it. Constantly given conflicting instructions. Sales staff lies to customers and then forces warehouse to make thelietrue
