Do not go here!! Great for high risk but what they quote you is significantly lower than what they withdrawal from your account & it will increase higher every month without notice. They renew your contact without permission and take payments out. This company takes advantage of those desperate for insurance and it is not right.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..I wished a year ago when I signed the contract with this insurance company I knew about how trash this insurance company was . And I use trash because it is . I paid so much money around 780 a month also I paid first and last but when I call to cancel my insurance policy I found out that first and last was actually a double payment when I was clearly told it was first and last and on top of my last they took extra money which I was aware of because early cancelation but it was 2 month before my contract finish. So total I lost around 1200 that this company actually stole from me . Because this is not fair . I didn't have any accident didn't claim anything so I believe the government should actually put some regulations on this kind of companies. Insurance companies are stealing or money and for what? We don't get accident and we pay a high amount of money and when if we do which nobody wishes we will end up paying more . Just so they can keep filling up their pockets . Point is . Don't don't use this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I got an accident on Feb/21/2021, this was not my fault accident. I needed a rental car while my car is getting fixed. i contacted echelon insurance AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED, NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME , NO ONE GAVE ME A CLAIM NUMBER AND TO MAKE IT WORSE THEY COULDNT HELP ME GET A RENTAL CAR VIA ENTERPRISE YET I PAY FOR THIS IN MY INSURANCE. IN THE MEAN TIME I AM STRANDED WITH NO MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL , HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A TIMELY MANNER PLEASE TRY YOUR LUCK WITH ANOTHER INSURANCE PROVIDER.

I wish google had the 0 star option. You guys are the worse and literally out here ruining peoples life. No human able to build a decent life with companies like Echelon. I called and canceled my policy when it came to term and was told it would be done after it came it term. They renew it and canceled it for no payment. Now I can't apply for a policy for less than 7 grants. Don't ever sign up for an Echelon policy. Ever

Very unethical, unprofessional. I purchased trailer insurance for 553.00 for the year. In July I decided to place all my insurance with 1 company, so cancelled. Echelon has a \policy\ that places all the insurance during the summer months. unbeknownst to me I had to cancel within 76 days otherwise I got NO MONEY back. I was expecting about 300.00 What a croc! I paid up front for yearly coverage. you won't see me again!
