I ordered the Classic Druxy Reuben on dark rye bread. The meat itself was not good quality. It was very chewy, watery (possibly from being frozen previously), and it just did not look fresh. Due to this, the sandwich lacked in flavor, quality and freshness. The sandwich came with a small container of coleslaw which had a strong taste to horseradish. The price of the sandwich is a bit too high. Around 11 (with taxes). Staff are friendly. The restaurant appears to be clean. In terms of food safety procedures, I feel that the staff should wear masks when preparing food. Pretty much all the restaurant I have visited, staff have made the effort to wear masks. Also, considering that the covid testing centre is pretty much right beside this restaurant, I think it would be important to consider wearing a mask and gloves. As for the use of gloves, I feel that gloves should be worn when handling food. The staff member preparing the sandwich only had one glove on. I see that the restaurant has made some efforts to increase food safety procedures by installing a plastic screen in front of the cash register. So, I'm pleased to see that but I feel that improvements can be made.
Best sandwich I’ve ever had. Great, fresh ingredients and excellent customer service. Would 100% come again and recommend to any friends and/or family.
