I recently purchased a bamboo sheet set, delivery was quick and accurate. We love the sheets, they are great quality! One pillowcase came with a very small hole, after reaching out they very quickly shipped a new pillowcase as a replacement. Harshad was very helpful and I would definitely recommend purchasing from Down Under!
I was pleased to find Revive Tencel pillows on this stores website. The online ordering and payment was quick and easy, and when my order was delayed a few days the communication from Down Under was very prompt, personal and friendly.
