I was stuck sending a Dangerous Goods package and had no idea what I was doing. Someone at Air Canada Cargo suggested I call them. They were able to assist me in person right away. They were about 20 minutes from the airport. Katrina, the person working there was unbelievable. She gave me a crash course on how to package my dangerous goods so that they are able to be shipped. She went above and beyond any kind of customer service. I am so appreciative. Thank you!!!

We had a product launch for the UK. Katrina and her team not only delivered, but finished early which greatly helped us meet our launch date. We would (and will!) definitely use their services again.
