I understand some clients were unfortunately not very satisfied with the services of this place. Personally, I have been using this dry cleaners for years and never had a bad experience. They've cleaned my Xmas sweaters, dresses, shirts and jackets and the work was always very well done. They were even very accommodating on short time emergencies and sometimes we forgot to pick up items for moths and they never lost anything. The owner is definitely a character but I really like her personality, however, I do understand she might not be to everyone's liking.

Cooked my pants just the way I liked em.
This is a horrible dry cleaner with terrible customer service. D Cleaners lost a pair of pants I had dropped off to be cleaned. They then tried to give me someone else's dry cleaning to make up for it. I was then told they would replace the pants they had lost and if I brought them a receipt they would reimburse me. After I had brought in the receipt they told me that they do not recall saying they would replace them. I then asked for them to honour their store policy which states their liability is limited to 10x the cost of processing an item. I was told they would not honour their policy and would offer me 50 to cover my loss, which would not even come close to replacing my pants which cost 200. After refusing this they finally agreed to 65. This dry cleaner has ruined an expensive suit, which now does not have pants to it. DO NOT USE!!
awful experience, the stain wasn't removed and the reception lady spoke little English and got angry at us because we said we didn't want to pay for their failed attempt to get the job done. Will never go there again.
