I worked with Stewart Maxwell from Crown and, other than a minor hiccup which he immediately corrected, Crown and Stewart specifically were fantastic to work with. When I first started looking I called four companies. Two didn't even follow through and getting back to us and giving us a quote. Of the two remaining Stewart continued to follow up, explain things as needed and be an absolute professional salesperson. I have only good things to say about Crown and Stewart Maxwell in particular. The company has a well deserved reputation for quality and service and Stewart has been extremely helpful in our search for the correct solutions for our business. What I found especially interesting was his recommendation that we go with a less expensive option that better suited our needs, even though we were willing to go with the more expensive choice. He explained that he was convinced that if he offered the correct solution it would result in a lower short term sale but we would likely become a long term customer. He was correct.
Stewart Maxwell provided excellent service. He took the time to understand our needs and not only provided the right lift truck but also a customized financing plan that saved us thousands. Highly recommended.
