I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the customer service at this location. Yesterday I picked up an order and I didn't even have to call because there was an employee who walked right out and asked for my order number. The items were smaller than I expected so I went back today to return them and Jeff came right out took my return and I gave him my order number and voila! refund done! Crate and Barrel really have this curb side pick up situation handled. Keep up the great work everyone

I really like this store and there products is very good.
I love Crate and Barrel. However my first time at this location inquiring about curb side pick up. The older lady working at the front tonigjt was so rude. I asked her if the location was open just out of curiosity before I placed my order and she basically yelled at me saying it’s not an essential service. So rude! I would never come to this location again. I understand it’s cold out and we are all working during these tough times, however she should still have the decency to practice some basic mannerisms.
By far the BEST furniture and decor store in Canada, CB2 is probably the close rival to them, and its their sister company anyways. CB/CB2 has set an unmatched standard, and the client service also is impressive. 10/10 in every single way.
I really like this store. It is well lit and very spacious. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly but they don't bother you. There is a great selection of household goods. I like the kitchen accessory and dish area. There are plenty if options to choose from. The store is outsider the mall beside Whole foods.
