I'm upgrading my rating. This is the go-to spot for fish and chips in port credit. Just ate there again after being away a while. The paddock.was cooked perfectly. The batter was tasty, crispy.and not.greasy at all. This was fish and chips at its finest.

We were so surprised to find this gem in Port Credit - and to find out it’s been here for 50 years. We got the fish (halibut) & chips - batter was light, flavour was delicious, chips were perfect. The dishes came wrapped in paper and everything from the presentation to the flavour was exactly like the last fish & chips we had while in London. Restaurant was bright and clean, and the batter tasted like the oil was fresh. Highly recommend!

Ordered through Skip. Fries, gravy, coleslaw were good. The haddock was not good. Initially thought it looked ok, but immediately realized there was very little fish and a ton of batter. Literally broke off massive pieces of only batter looking for fish. Expected better, especially based on photos from other reviewers here.

Best fish and chips place in the area. Cute indoor dining (which I miss) I gave it four because I think the chips could be better. Last time I went it in Feb was really busy which says a lot. Hope to see you soon!

Would return. Reminds me of high school and the local corner shop. Fatty and crispy, but I miss the Australian touch of chicken salt on the chips. Great little shop, coleslaw is fresh and fish is battered fresh to order.
