We chose to work with this company due to Costco's relationship. It has been a disappointment from the beginning being 2017. Leak of gas. Water heater not installed properly and ongoing issues for a yr reg that. Communication was not acceptable and borderline abusive. This year our 3 yr old AC stopped cooling. Called them first and had another bad experience over the phone. That is when I decided to go to another company. The new company confirmed again another bad installation which resulted in the nitrogen gas to escape and not cool. Yesterday we had our annual inspection (first one that cosmopolitan did not do) We got red tagged due to their installation not being by code. I would not recommend them at all. One more thing. The review below by Paul who gave this company 5 star is conflict of interest as he worked for them and I have met with him for the sale.

I would also give this company 0, especially for communication and delivery time. My AC stopped working so I called cosmepolitan since they installed it when I bought it from costco. Big mistake, the technician was rude and very critical of things and the prospects of my furnace being fixed or being warrantied. After he diagnosed a few possible problems he left me with the 180 bill (in which he wrote my credit card down on the paper receipt witch is against the law) and did not fix the problem. He said he would get the parts ordered but that they may not cover the warranty. Remember, this is during a extreme heat wave. After over two weeks had gone by and we were melting in the heat, I had been calling almost daily to ask if it was going to be fixed. I was passed from person to person with no answers and nobody ever called back, even after I asked each time for a call back. So after two weeks I called an actual professional company and what do you know the parts were ordered and came the next day and was fixed in 2 days. So if this company could fix in 2 days, why did cosmopolitan leave me hanging in a heat wave for over 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. Now they are calling every few days to say the parts are in and when can they come. I told them that I had to call another company seeing that nobody called me back or let me know what was going on for over 2 weeks. Yes they said the parts were ordered but 2 and a half weeks in unacceptable during a massive heat wave. We had to bring mattresses to the basement just to survive. How did the other company have the parts the next day.. I think the service tech left me hanging in the wind, and that is not professional. Ouch.
If I could give this company 0 I would - I called and was told that the owner is on Mars doing research - Gave me a bunch of attitude and was very rude. I was looking to get my Furnace fixed in my home and was referred to this company. Very sarcastic and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone that is looking for work. It's sad that people have come to this - I wish you nothing but the worst of luck!!!
Horrible service. Bad customer service and even worse craftsmanship. I had to have another company come in to fix what they 'fixed' as they were 'too busy' to come back and correct what they did. Highly unprofessional.
Fred from cosmopolitan heating and cooling installed brand new Lennox Air conditioner and Furnace at my house we are thankful to them for such a great work would call them if needed any HVAC service in future
