Tried it for the first time today. I felt that it was too pricey for what it is. The Asian Fusion did taste good but it was one of those dishes where you feel like you can probably make at home better and cheaper. So the cost of this for its size too feels like a hefty convenience fee. Also didn't think mini would be as mini as it was. The price was more than half of the regular size. I wonder if the regular size is more than twice as large? The spicy black bean burger was pretty good and almost competitively priced with Boon Burger. The fries I like a little more here because they are not loaded with sesame seeds. The downside was that there were quite a number of burnt fries lurking in each bite if you weren't careful. If you are vegan/vegetarian (I'm not) and don't feel like cooking, sure this place is convenient. But if you were looking for a place to indulge, I have been to other vegan/vegetarian places much better for similar price.

I love that copper branch is 100% vegan. You wouldn't think it was by looking at the menu either because they serve more than just fancy bowls. I had ordered a portabello mushroom sandwich as a combo and it was great value because the burger itself is 9.99 but for a combo it's 10.99 and the bowl of fries is massive, I was able to share it with my table (there were 3 of us). The burger was delicious and had a cheese like sauce oozing out of it. The oven baked fries were great too. The restaurant is well decorated and has lots of seats inside, can maybe fit 20-30 people

Beyond impressed! It is my first experience at a Copper Branch and the manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. I had the General Cooper and I loved it! Can’t wait to come back to try more from their menu :)

I tried Copper Branch once again after dining there when they first opened. I was happy to find a very extensive menu with a variety of dishes, from tacos to bowls and pizza style flatbreads. Ultimately, I opted for the General Copper Bowl which consists of General Tao ‘chicken,’ broccoli, fresh avocado and sticks coleslaw on a bread of brown rice. You can also substitute the rice for konjac keto noodles if you’d like. I was pretty impressed with the quality and the taste of the chicken. As a meat eater, I’m usually skeptical of meat substitutes as they tend to be a hit or a miss. However, the General Tao was delicious, not too chewy and neither was it hard like other chicken substitutes. I did not enjoy the broccoli as it was very lightly cooked and tasted almost raw. I was excited about the Sriracha coleslaw at first but when I tried it, it was not neither spicy nor creamy. However, the avocados were a great addition, they were fresh and paired well with the chicken. The prices I felt are a little more expensive considering there is no real meat but you can taste that the ingredients really are fresh. Ultimately, this dish is far better than the bowl I tried last time and is sure to be a hit amongst vegetarians and non vegetarians alike. If it’s your first time at Copper Branch, do try this.

I was recommended by my aunt to try this vegan place. I'm not a vegan however I don't mind indulging in good eats. I ordered the General Copper meal which I chose quinoa as a base instead of their organic brown rice. I didn't know what to expect after the first bite but once I had it, it was great! I didn't even notice the lack of meat in the dish. Portions were pretty big but I did feel it was more on the pricey side. I would definitely recommend this spot for vegan eats! Can't wait to go back and try some other dishes!
