Recently we purchased a computer from Staples and CNB Computers supplied the Computer. When I received the computer and completing the install process I was unable to Activate Windows 10. Calling support I got your representative Kong. He was very professional, concerned and reassuring. I was able to activate the program with the information supplied which arrived within 48hrs of the call. I give Kong a big thumbs up and thanks for a job well done.

I bought 2 pcs through bestbuy they came on time but till now im having problems all of sudden these pcs turn off and then keeps on restarting. Its not even year ago they replaces pcs for me 3 time and all 3 times these pcs r having same problem. I guess they buy very very cheap products put them together and sell them. Hard drives makes alot of noise some times i start getting headache. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. I bought pcs for 1000 dollars and till now because of their restarting problem i have to reinstall windows i have lost all my kids pic and videos.

Ordered 3 refurbed PCs from CNB. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Two machines did not have their digital license activated but they remedied that issue in less than 48 hours. Kong Nguyen in particular was extremely helpful and understanding. He was friendly, acted quickly to resolve the problem, and took care of things beginning to end. I would absolutely use CNB again for future purchases.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a laptop through a 3rd party vendor under a 1 year warranty (non specific I may add) Received with a faulty battery that would not charge. Contacted the company. After multiple emails back and forth (stating the battery was only subject to a 90 day warranty?! Was not specified on the 3rd party website), they agreed to replace the unit. Covid 19 lockdown restricted me from returning the unit for a few months. When restrictions lifted and I was able to mail the unit, I was informed that the RMA ticket had expired and there was nothing further they could do. Beware of this company. They are dishonest and the warranty terms are not clear. I am 615 in debt for something that is clearly still covered under warranty as per the wording yet they will not replace.
