This is the worst service. The coordinators to administrators are all extremely incompetent. Whenever you file a complaint about a psw, the psw ends up retaliating and screwing things over for the client. They become extremely rude. In my case, they would come extremely late regularly and be negligent of my father’s care. When we would file a complaint, they would retaliate with a negative attitude and make up false claims of my father’s aggression. My father has Alzheimer’s and these psw use their personal “vendetta” to jeopardize his long term career admission. A few of the psws are good but a lot of them are completely incompetent and I have no idea why they even do their job if they can’t handle it. Some of them literally come to my house to just sit and be on their phone. I do NOT recommend them for anyone. Instead of this service aiding to take off stress, they make things A LOT worse. From the supervisor to the coordinator to the Psw, they are all completely horrible. These people have no sense of morals or heart for making things difficult for the people who need help. After many attempts, we finally are changing services. Please do not consider this service, it will only make things worse for the time being and possible long term care.

Some of the Psw are really good. They don't do their job just for the paycheque. As for the co-ordinator that's another story. When the Psw don't come she don't call to give a heads up. Would have recommended this place before but not now.
