This centre has now moved to 89 Queensway in Mississauga. I saw a Dr Siva yesterday and found him to be a really lovely, open, warm professional who was very detailed in his assessment. He didn't jump to any conclusions about my diagnosis but relayed the confirmed results to me straight after the testing, which is exactly what patients want - an open mind but honest feedback. The clinic was easy to find and plenty of parking, Covid protocols in place, clean and bright office. His secretary was very friendly and helpful and the practitioner who performed the initial EMG testing was also friendly and professional. I found the whole experience to be superb.

In 2018, Dr.Philippe Rizek decided to drop me as a patient and cancel my appointment with him that I had been waiting for for months, with 3 days notice. He had referred me to another neurologist, but that appointment wasn't for another SIX months. Totally heartbreaking and unacceptable for a doctor to just leave a suffering patient like that.

All and Around Things

I was referred to this clinic through my family doctor for certain symptoms I was suffering from. The level of respect and kindness I have experienced here is above and beyond other medical offices I have visited. From the receptionist to Dr Crookshank I felt welcomed and felt like my symptoms mattered. The receptionist, Huma, is friendly and thorough in explaining next steps. She also returned my calls promptly when needed. Dr Crookshank took the time to hear what I had to say and I didn't feel rushed like I would at some other medical places. Glad I found this place :)

This place is HORRIBLE. If I could put 0 stars I would. They have no interest in their patients at all. They are so unprofessional and disorganized. From the very beginning this place has not handled my case right at all. First the secretary who called me for my first appointment after my doc referred me almost gave me a heartache by saying that it’s an emergency and the doctor wants to see me right away after reviewing my MRI. When the concern is possible MS, this is not how to alert someone who’s been worri d for months about it. Second after seeing doctor he downplayed all my system, rushed through my consultation and his security was not capable of anything at all, doctor had to keep telling him what to write while trying to examine me. Then After sending me for a second MRI, his office never got back to me about the results. I needed up in ER with symptoms that relate to this issue and the ER doctor sent me to another neurologist at the same office. This new one decided not to come in the day of my appointment and suddenly it’s my fault and they won’t even let me be seen by doctor Ghavanini again who already saw me! He needs ANOTHER referral to see me, yet he hasn’t even gone over my results with me for the second MRI that HE SENT ME TO! It’s so frustrating that people can have sixh a blatant disregard for your medical wellbeing and yet call themselves medical professionals! I will be calling the Ontario Board of Physicians about this. It’s absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
