They can't seem to keep up with the demand of internet shopping. Canadapost is blaming Covid, but no other carrier has had issues keeping up with demand. Maybe if they weren't a crown corporation and had private shareholders to answer to they would start caring about their clients

Ups is absolutely amazing in comparison, use them instead. My shipping hasnt updated since the package was picked up a week ago yet was supposed to arrive two days ago. the date has since been changed twice and still no scan update yet. I can't sit here waiting for it this long, ordering anything online through Canada post now gives me anxiety and I will avoid as I suggest you to do. Im won't be using Canada post again this isn't fair. I had to pick up my previous order because they couldn't find my house in a complex unbelievable
I had 8 boxes. 7 boxes arrived on time but 1 box missing. I waited for 2 months to arrive and after that they said deem to be lost. I called customer care and talk to supervisor named mike so far I remember, sounds like a old man, he was very very rude. His voice raised on me and don’t want to listen to me why I got frustrated. I have my important medicine in there and I can’t be frustrated for that. He was saying I should have get insurance. Every package should I get insurance? Is it extra business? And also I have better stuff and expensive cloths and household stuff was there. It seems like they kept it and don’t even bother to find. Normal stuff they delivered but not the expensive better one.
I've been waiting for my parcel for 3 weeks and they're delivering locally.
