I have purchase my P3 Pro from Dany almost 1 year ago. I am very pleased with his service and even the after sales service. He is always willing to answer all my questions and never makes me feel like my questions are unimportant. Have made several other purchases from him recently as well including the new OSMO. Will continue to buy from Canada Drones!

NO CREDIBILITY! Purchased a telemetry adapter from canadadrones website in September. It's been a month and I have not received it. Tried to contact the owner a couple of times but there is no response of any sort. I went on to the website and only to find out CanadaDrones is practically a one-man operation out of his basement... Think twice before buying stuff from this site there are better stores you can go to.
Ordered a part over a year ago still have not received it emailed them they said they would check into it never heard from them since.
It is a NIGHTMARE dealing with Canadadrons, two years a go i bought a tranis 9XD transmitter for christmas present i was extremely excited to buy it. When i got it, opened the package i discovered that it is been opened, meaning they open it before they send it to me, that was a shock to me they are not suppose to open my package. Contacted Canadadrons asking why they did that?? The answer was it is their QA procedure. Hummmmm STRANGE. To my surprise tranis has charging problem, that been replaced. The 2d replacement has also the same charging issue and also the package was opened. Again i did contacted Canadadrons and they was not happy with me contacting them, they did not even replay to phone calls, their excuse is EMAIL IS THE BEST WAY TO REACH US, i sent them tons of emails requesting to solve my problem the 2nd replacement has actually two issues the charging issue as well the range of the tranis less tan 100 meter. I spent around three months going back and forth i was requesting to replace my tranis or refund me but NOOOOO replay. That is really destroyed my love to the hobby man that was the worst supplier i have ever dealt with. Then it comes to my mind they open the packages it is not a normal procedure in most companies and i figured that was to sell the defected products under the excuse of QA, How come they do QA and i had a problem with tranis two times !!!! Eventually i contacted a Aloft Hobbies in the us, they were very kind to fix it and did a GREAT job and they replaced one of the boards in my tranis now it is fixed properly and shame on you Canadadrones. My ONLY recommendatio STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY from this supplier.
Absolutely ridiculous service, advised to have my item shipped when there was clearly a pick up option, ended up paying 13 dollars for shipping when pick up location was only half an hour away. Stay away from this vendor, they do not care if the quality of their products being extremely poor. Purchased a pair of Maytec propeller which were scratched and damaged in the quick release, while being told that it was my mistake that it came scratched. Unreliable, extremely irresponsible.
Drones
Bought 3 drones (Phantom 2V, Phantom 3 and Inspire 1) and various drone parts with this company and always had good service with compétitive prices. I recommand Dany. Fait l'acquisition de 3 drones (Phantom 2V, Phantom 3 and Inspire 1) et plusieurs autres équipements de drone avec cette compagnie et toujours eu un bon service avec un très bon prix. Je recommande cette compagnie et en plus Dany peut vous servir en français.
