I’ve yet to meet a business representative that operates with as much kindness and great customer service as the people at Cake Royale. That alone adds a little love to their products. If you’ve read my past reviews before, then you know I know what I’m talking about. Eat dessert from Cake Royale and dine on cakes that make you feel like royalty! It was my birthday and the cake is advertised as Chocolate Dream cake , yet I was very disappointed with the VERY THICK LAYER of buttercream. Even the chocolate cake was on the dry side, and totally not worth over 100! Everyone basically ate the inside part and left the thick buttery outside, which shouldn't be the case when you order such an expensive designer's cake! It is definitely not a chocolate cake! Even though it does look very nice from the outside and is professionally made, it is not what we expected. Will not be ordering here anymore.
I am not one to leave reviews, but for Cake Royale I need everyone to know how amazing this family is! I have been ordering from Cake Royale for a couple of years now and they have NEVER disappointed. I have sent so many of my friends and family to order from here as well. Everyone is always blown away by their cakes, it consistently tastes fresh, flavourful, the perfect amount of sweetness, and looks amazing. Their customer service is incomparable to any other bakery I have tried, and their curbside pickup is extremely simple and efficient. I never wait more than 1-2 minutes in the parking lot. If you ever need a delicious cake for any occasion, look no further! Thanks Cake Royale fam :)
Absolutely no flavour! I ordered a pistachio cake for my husband’s birthday! Didn’t like it. We still have half leftover. It was too dry and writing style on the cake was just too dated.
I ordered the 'polka dot' cake online for my son's first birthday. The cake was soft, moist, and fresh. It had the perfect sweetness and I loved how well it was made. No hassle order and pick up, visually appealing, and great tasting cake!
