I went to this location today and was pretty disappointed. We were there celebrating my child's birthday. The staff was very cold. No one said happy birthday to her or tried to make the experience special. I understand working retail is tough but this is a store for children and they had a chance to make the day special for a child and chose not to. They did literally the bare minimum and made the bear but did not add anything special to the experience. Next time we will just go to Disney Store. At least the staff is happy to see you.

Very nice place for kids. Has an excellent selection with very good customer service. Would say they treat bears as living creatures. The variety of stuffed toys is great. The kids will definitely enjoy the whole stuffing of the bear and I am sure the adults will to. But beware parents u can spend a lot in a very short amount of time.
