Tayo is the the man. He went out his way to ensure the transaction was smooth. I bought a Nautilus T618 from him, the delivery date was two weeks away but I needed it ASAP and he made that happened in two days. I picked it up yesterday and really happy with Tayo's services. I will DEFINITELY come back.

I saw the Ad on Kijiji regarding the Schwinn 170 Upright Bike. I contacted the seller and spoke to Tayo. He was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful. Tayo advised me that they can assemble the bike for free which was awesome. I decided to purchase from them because of their amazing customer service. Tayo even sent me a pic of the assembled bike ( see pic ) and it looked great. However, he said even after I paid and I go to their store and If I decide that I'm not happy, then they will refund my money no questions asked. Again, I was blown away by the way they were going above and beyond to please customers. So, we headed to their store after I saw the bike assembled, and we were again treated like Royalty at the store. I gave a 20 tip for assembling my bike. I told them that the other store will charge at least 50. or more to assemble exercise equipment. I was greatful that they did it for free, that I wanted to tip them for that. I also ended up buying other stuff there, since I wanted to do my best to support small businesses. Although the bike was available at Best Buy, I am sure Best Buy is not suffering as much as the small businesses during Covid pandemic. Nevertheless, I would like to say thank you to Tayo and to George for your Phenomenal customer service. I truly appreciate all your help. I will be back to buy the Treadmill. :). Thank you! Absolutley love my new Schwinn 170 upright exercise bike I bought this weekend at Budgetwise. The price was very good, the man who looked after me was super friendly and helpful. I really liked that the exercise bike was put together beforehand (then taken apart after I decided to purchase it)to make sure all the pieces were there, it worked properly and so customers could try it out as they have limited amount of stock per item... thanks so much budgetwise.
