they phoned me to come pick up a referral. the receptionist called me exactly as they were closing. I was trying to ask if I needed a reference to the referral, to be able to book the appointment with the referral doctor. she was constantly interrupting me, obviously trying to get me off the phone. I told her that the fact she was interrupting me was making the call longer, because she wasn't letting me ask my question. she hung up on me. WHAT?!

I went through the reviews and everybody is saying the same thing. I guess the owners of the clinic couldn't care less about our reviews. The lady is answers the phone is very rude and ruining the reputation of the clinic. She opens the line and hang up on you multiple times. I guess she get annoyed from the sound. Then, whenever she pickup the call, she gives you tons of attitude and hang up on you with not a single ounce of professionalism. I have never dealt with such a horrible receptionist. She really took her job for granted. STAY AWAY.

Booked an appt on Wednesday have my info she made a file and everything, and i had said i would call if i had to cancel day of appt on friday and she said sure it should be okay. Took my health card medical history everything on friday when i call to cancel appt they first cant find an appt under my name followed by Miss Mona being extremely poor at customer service. She literally kept screaming the entire time, there is no appt for you all i wanted to confirm was that there i wont be billed for an appt for not showing up given they had taken my information and everything whats to say she would have refuted having todays conversation as well like she kept saying there was no appointment booked on Wednesday. She just hung up mid conversation! Stay away from this hot mess of a clinic. I give it zero stars

I definitely do not recommend this walk-in clinic. My family and I have had numerous interactions with Dr. Guirguis at this clinic that have all been extremely terrible. There is a lack of professionalism and you can clearly tell that the doctors don’t care, and are very quick to dismiss your issues and concerns. I have always needed to consult doctors in other clinics after visiting this walk-in because of the lack of knowledge the doctors have here. I recommend that Dr. Guirguis be reevaluated as a so called \doctor.

A totally unprofessional establishment. First off, the woman working the phones does not have the first sense in client service. She is hard of hearing and due to this physical limitation makes the initial call to this office an absolute disaster. Second, the call back and telephone consultation system is a waste of time, resources and tax payers money. One is better off consulting Google for medical advise. Last, this place hangs up on you if there is miscommunication on the phone. Look elsewhere. This place should be shut down.
