The guys at Brafasco on Eglington in Mississauga were extremely helpful. They helped me find a replacement nut for the pedal of my old bike. I had called other places but no other place offered the service Brafasco did, because it was only a small part. Nevertheless, Brafasco helped me. I would definitely recommend their services, even during difficult times like a pandmic. Thanks for all your help!

Please do yourself a favour and go to the Brampton Brafasco location on Heart Lake Rd. S. Or just cross the street (south side of Eglinton Ave.E) to Fastenal, I know I will from now on. I don't know which alternate store those three reviewers who gave five stars went too but it wasn't this store on Eglinton. They are throughly unprofessional and unhelpful at this location. Even for the most basic of order transactions, they give the impression of disinterest and disregard. Unfortunate they are \servicing\ Mississauga.
Excellent service and very friendly atmosphere. The branch manager exerted a lot of effort to help me to find solutions for my project requirements. He took the time to find alternative solutions for my needs and advised me with the best solution at the lowest cost. I highly recommend this place for all the hardware supplies.
