Bad service, bad communication. I had two crates (1200 kg) shipped from China. Binex was the warehouse they ended up at. They told my that all of their vehicles were in for service at the same time so they couldn't deliver my 2 crates. A shipping forwarding company that services ALL OF THEIR TRUCKS AT THE SAME TIME? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Seem to me a way to possibly drive up your storage fees. Steer clear of possible pirates abound

I would like to share my experience with this company, possibly someone would find it useful and will not do business with them. i do not think they even deserve 1 star, maybe minus 5. I dealt with them for a month and until now i received different definitions who they are: warehouse, transportation company, middle man.... When i asked to explain some charges for my shipment, i was told that i do not have brain capacity to understand and i don't know anything (i am shipping goods from china for past 10 years), therefore they are right and i just need to do what they say. Also, i was given 2-3 hours notice time about my due storage date. I would never recommend them to anyone, even my enemy.
