Good place overall just deals always sold out. They have most things we need. They have cell phone plans and booths . Cameras, alarm systems, televisions, and more. Big parking lot but super busy during weekends. Same plaza has a dollarama, children’s place and lots of shops. Nice place overall.

I placed an order on Wednesday February 3 for a Wacom tablet to assist with teaching my online classes because the pen of my previous Wacom stopped working. I was excited when hearing the advertisement of one hour curb-side pick up as I had a class later on that day to teach. I received an email confirming my order. After about an hour I headed to the store thinking I would be receiving my confirmation at any moment. An employee greeted me at to front of the store and told me by order has not been verified and that I would need to call my credit card company. I parked my car in the parking lot and proceeded to call my CC company. They told me there is no issue on my end and advised me to call Best Buy. (I could write an entire essay on the horrible customer experience on the phone as it is almost impossible to talk to an actual person). After about 30 min of being bounced around from one automated message to another I finally reached someone (definitely outsourced to another country). This individual was zero help. He basically told me there was nothing to be done and that I should just sit and wait for the email to pick up my product. Since then the only email I have received was a survey the review my recent purchase!! What a joke because I haven't received anything yet!!!! It is now Sunday and I decided to followup yet again - this time using the chat feature. This guy told me by order still has not been verified and recommended that I cancel and reorder. I proceeded with cancelled the order but Best Buy will not be receiving any business from me and the company I work for. It is such a pity that a large corporation like Best Buy falsely advertises their pick up time and is unable to verify their online orders after 5 days. There is a pandemic and people need to stay home. If purchases are being made and communicated to you the urgency of the situation you should have the flexibility to accommodate the needs of your customers.

Terrible experience. I needed to return an item that wasn't working as advertised. I went to the store and they have a notice posted stating all returns will be accepted until February 28th. After standing at the front door for a few minutes, someone finally showed up. The associate told me he can't do returns and couldn't guarantee that the store would honor a return once they reopen after the 28th. He then said the only way I can guarantee a return is that if I leave my region and go to a store that is open which is ridiculous and against public health measures. If the store is open for curbside pick up and can take my money, then they should be open for curbside returns.

Worst Best Buy Store in Ontario. My TV claimed was approved in December by best-buy (After 3 months of delay), but it has been over a month and the store has not issued me refund. The store is processing my refund in parts, which is absurd (Have refunded my 2000 of my 4038).Apparently, they are having a \CHQ\ issue, which is not allowing me to process my refund. Both the managers - Mike, and Branavan are rude to talk to. I would highly advise against getting anything from this store based on their pathetic and condescending service. I would rather drive a bit far to go to a more organized and professional store. Most other reviewers also found the branch manager Mike rude and not helpful at all.

One stop location for Electronics Appliances Camera Laptops Even Software. Staff is really knowledgable with great suggestions. Try meeting store manager on bigger deals as he gas always helped to improve additional discounts where possible or alternates. Ensure to buy extended warranty. Feels expensive at first but 4 year warrenty has always helped me. One of my laptop on 4th year had some issues. Since they could not replace parts, they gave me replacement for full cost including gst but minus warrenty cost. Used a top level laptop for 4 years and replaced at same price? Geek squad takes time but they have to address the queue accordingly. However a ticketing system must have bees so kuch better. The staff initially tried not to honor it but meet manager and got it sorted. In all great location and grear products. I am so much in favour of going to this location instead of buying from Amazon.
