WARNING! BEWARE!! This company is run by truly inconsiderate people, named MEHMUD, AHMED, and RAZA YOUSUF. and theyre just out to take your money for their profits. I had to wait almost a year to receive thousands of my money back, so lord knows how they were spending my money during that time. I never signed up to be a loaner. Dunk Burgers & Chocolate lowest star reviews can attest to that. The Yousuf family has always been doing shady business period. Avoid Bay homes at all costs, tell your friends and family too so they don’t get scammed

Developer accepted large deposits for Longview Property, didn't begin construction, took down their website, and don't answer their phones. Very shady organization. Stay away.
