Extremely helpful and knowledgable, they make sure you understand how to properly care for your instrument and are very sweet and friendly. Just bought a beautiful violin and got amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new instrument.

My 5y old is so excited and happy that she got her very own 1st music instrument. Her ukulele is such a cute pink piece that she is so proud of and has been playing it since the driving home. Anydos collection of ukulele and other instruments is really diverse and beautiful. Totally recommend this store
Tried to support a local business, was disappointed to find that I had been overcharged. On Google products, the same ukulele Annastasia sold me for 50 is listed for 30. Did not get any case (backpack) or any accessories with it. This feels very sneaky. When we called to ask about the discrepancy, she said it was my responsibility to show her the price listed on Google & now will not refund the difference. (Ironically, only found out because she asked me to rate review the store.) That being said, in the store she was helpful & her daughter is very cute. If you choose to make a purchase from them, just be sure to double (maybe triple) check the prices first.

i had the best customer service experience. ask them your questions and they answer it with no delay. i wanted to buy guitar and they provided adequate information. when i ordered on their anydos website they provided delivery within 3 hours in brampton. product quality is very good for the price.
