Sam was great to deal with and gave me a very good price on carpeting my stairs to the basement. Work was booked in 2 days and completed in just over 2 hours. The installers did a great job and great cleanup. They were also very covid concious wearing masks the entire time. Having used Alexanian for carpeting and flooring over the past 20 years I would highly recommend them.

Five years ago I purchased what I always referred to as \the rug of my life\ so I was most upset when it was damaged recently. Because of the elapsed time since my original purchase I had little hope of finding the same rug again but I googled and surprisingly had a number of hits and one of the top results was Alexanian. Having lived in Toronto I was well aware of Alexanian's good name but had no idea they had an online retail presence. Not only was I thrilled to find the rug but it was cheaper than what I had paid 5 years prior AND had a save-the-tax promo AND free shipping. I ordered it online immediately but when trying to pay with Paypal I was not directed to the Paypal site. Left it that night but tried again in the morning with the same result. I phoned the contact number because I wanted to make sure that my previous orders had not somehow been placed... much as I love the rug I didn't want 3. Spoke with a very pleasant and helpful agent who confirmed that my previous orders had not gone through and also that they did had the rug in stock. She admitted that she was not a techy and therefore could not determine at that moment whether the issue was with their side or the Paypal side but suggested I try the order again using credit card instead of Paypal and \if that doesn't work call me back and we'll do it the old fashioned way\. The online transaction worked perfectly with credit card and within 2 days the rug was delivered to my front door. I once again have \the rug of my life\. But I also want to say that this was an example of personal interaction that is [in my opinion] sadly lacking in today's culture. Excellent experience all around!

Be aware! Called location and asked them about a specific brand, collection and colour of hardwood. They said they have the sample and will hold it. After an hour drive to the location is is a totally different product.
