Congratulations Air Transat for stepping up and becoming a top-notch travel provider especially through these difficult times. We notice everything and your dedicated crew definitely deserve some credit.. thank you!! Update: we are so sorry to hear that Transat had has suspended 3 South destination routes until April 30th. We definitely support and will resume using your services at that time stay safe and best of luck

Very good customer service. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Check-In process are all self serve but staff are there to help.

Wish I could give less then one star. You still owe my wife & I nearly 5,000 dollars, from a 2 weeks trip you cancelled in May 2020. I have no financial confidence in you at this time! I will not be handing you hard earned money in advance, for future trips, until you have fully reimburse us from our last trip

Worst customer service. Extremely rude when/if anyone answers their phones. And of course, no refunds on travels Air Transat cancels. Air Transat should lobby the government for help not punish cash strapped clients. Once my “voucher” gets used in 20??, I will never use them again! Shame on Air Transat!

Great flight attendants - bad standardized service by company. Imagine, almost eight hrs on a flight with only water offered, and a cold roll/salad barely defrosted! Covid-19 is NO excuse for lack of good service, Transat saw the opportunity to save some cash, and took it! Oh, of course, it was service as usual in business/first class.
