How can they be detectives?? They don't work for the police!! And they can't seem to answer the phone properly. Poor service.

Didn’t want to give 1 star as well, one of the worst security guard (or security company)at the entrance.. We all know we are in middle of crisis, but they should know how to speak with customers. I went with my friend and he was like only one can enter and we said we have to pay separately and he said i’ll check you at the time of exit.. Everything was fine as they have to deal with tons of people in a day, but again the way he spoke- unprofessional uneducated or the security company is getting hard time to find people with good communication skills and professionalism. I had a really great experience working with Active Security. We contracted them for a family wedding functions for a week. Guards were very trained and professional. They did exactly what they were told to do. They were able to prevent stealing from our home and also caught the guy who tried to get into our house. Recommend this company to all!!

I would never recommend this company, whatsoever. The one star is for showing up on time, the lack of stars are for the lack of experience and responsiveness of the hired staff. Let us begin. I required two securities for a birthday party. I required both of the securities to handle body-search and the basis of a security, securing the premise of my restaurant and bar. I had to supply hand-held metal detectors because they did not have one. They spent most of their time on their phone and barely did body searches on ANYONE. They looked completely confused on what they were supposed to do. I had to repeatedly tell them to check customers that enter my premises. Unprofessional. I have had many of the customers stating to me how unprofessional they are. To top it up, it had a slight indication at the end of the night. A small fight as I expected, which is why I hired securities. They ran. They ran off and went on their phones while my FRIENDS broke up this very, VERY small indication because they were scared and confused on what to do. Lack of responsiveness. I have paid these two waste of time 300 bucks for 6 hours. I want a damn refund.
