Came here for a custom glass tabletop. Jen was very helpful at explaining my options. Even before I walked in, she had given me an estimate over the phone so I knew what to expect going there. She gave me a quick tutorial on how to draw a template of my table and provided a piece of paper. I think I probably dealt with ALL of the staff. When I returned with my template a gentleman helped me finalize my order. Finally, when I returned to pick up my order the bearded fella in the back helped me load it and explained how to take care of the glass and my furniture. All in all, good local shop for your custom glass and mirror needs.
I purchased several pieces of glass for my furniture. Jen was an absolute professional. She was prompt in her responses to me and knowledgable when answering my questions. There was a a small issue when I brought my glass home but Jen and Dwight quickly resolved it for me with no issue. I would definitely purchase again from them. Thanks Jen and Dwight!!
Very professional and quick service at reasonable prices. My first order with Ace was processed by email and their prompt answer and fast completion convinced me to place two additional orders. One of them was an irregular shaped coffee table top. The glass edge follows the natural curves of the wood and it looks great.
