Had some issues being overseas and the website not working for payment. I ended up having to deal with upper upper manager. They were nice as expected but the staff on location could have done a better job. Facilities are mostly clean, but zero garbage is provided, as it is seen as a \service\ that would have to be done. A donation bin would do very well on the property. Would help immensely when going through units. The gentleman who lives on site is very friendly and very helpful. Makes moving in not so stressful. If you are looking for cheap prices don't look here. Been in the same unit for over a year and no discount after the initial move in discount. Good for short term not long term.

Amazing facility. State of the art loading area that can even accomodate 53' trailers. The loading docks are also great asset if you are using storage for your business. Building is super clean and bright. Staff is amazing too. Justin is super helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Premises very well kept and maintained. Absolutely no complaints.
The service and staff are outstanding I would most definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Justin and Anitha go over and beyond expectations to make sure the customer is happy. Only thing I would like to see is more Dollies on site, on a busy day good luck finding one.
