These guys used to be a good broker, then they got a little busy probably and started raising their prices dramatically and unexpectedly. They also partnered up with Border Buddy who tried to charge 150 for entry of a 50 item. This company should be spiraling down hill.

They don't pick up the phone, don't return messages and don't respond to emails. We've had multiple shipments held up at the border because of their unresponsiveness. Nightmare to deal with. Their associated company Border Buddy is even worse. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
