As someone who's belonged to two cadet squadrons in mississauga and known a bunch of ppl from other units, I can safely say this is the top squadron in the city.

Seriously the best air cadet unit in Mississauga (in my opinion). They've got a really high performance standard most of the time, which takes some getting used to when you're new. Nothing gets handed to you, you have to work for it, but it really teaches perseverance and life skills if you can stick with it. Most of the negative reviews I've seen here sound like individual ppl who were expecting an easy ride or hadn't wanted to join in the first place - that's the thing, if you wanna be successful here you've got to want it, be patient, and follow rules. If you can do that you're in for a successful time, long-term.

I would give less then 1 star but unfortunately that's not how ratings work. This program is excruciatingly bad its incredibly tiring takes up a big portion of your day and basically right after school. I wouldn't even mind that much if it was on Saturday or Sunday. After taking up big parts of your weekday they demand more by asking you to go to random places on the weekends and then take even more of your time because why not. And then the worst part is closing where you are forced to go to some random place practice drill for 6 hours and then you have to present it. Overall if you enjoy torturing yourself go ahead however if you are a normal human being I would rather stay away from this.

Great place, safe environment. It's extremely fun and is a safe place to learn about piloting and flying. It also teaches you discipline and respect and teaches you to prioritize. If you would like to join you have to be years of age.

The major sweared at my child don’t join complete waste of time they take 3 hours on Tuesday I know realize that those 3 hours should be used to spend time with your child not doing this
