Online reps are the worst!!! They hang up on you when you ask for a manager and actually need help. No compassion, they do not care about their customers will not try to retain you if ask to leave. The people in the mission branch are amazing but I just can’t deal with the phone reps halfway across the world anymore!!!

I will advice you to find another branch to do business with. this must be one of the worst customer experience that i have had in my life: I was yelled at for wanted to deposit a cheque on my account. I was treated from the beginning as if I was committed a fraud. the funny thing is, I finally deposited the cheque through the app at the end, no problem. this is not the first time I have issues with this branch. People working here lack on basics: no decent customer support, knowledge and empathy.
The Mission Branch has been my bank for 50 years...think that speaks volumes of staff and the service they've always provided.
Worst branch ever. Dont even bother unless this is your home branch or they will just direct you elsewhere. Horrific customer service. Been hung up on, cut off when speaking, and given the runaround too many times. Switching banks now.

Unable to find anyone to talk to about my Day-to-Day Banking statement. Finally phoned head office to get Bank Manager's phone # and got hung up on, after 3 tries! When I received the Mission Bank Manager's local nobody home @2pm in the afternoon. Keyed in the local I was given to leave a message, it refused to accept any local provided, so no message could be left. Looks like I need to travel into the Mission Branch personally from Abbotsford in order to get any service. What on earth has happened to you guys whom I once wrote a glowing review for???

Short wait times. Policies vary at branches. They seem to be autonomous. The inconsistencies are confusing to the customer especially for those of us who have been patronizing Scotia for 40 plus years. How disappointing.
