Normally I have a wonderful experience. I usually have the same pharmacist (around mid 40-50's) when I go and she's so sweet and so kind. She knows me and is used to me coming in. The last time I didn't have a good experience at all and I even cried after leaving. I was helped by a younger woman. I'd called a the doctor at the clinic next door for a prescription refill as I've done numerous times. The clinic is wonderful by the way. I went to pick it up and she was basically interrogating me. She told me I wasn't due for another prescription for another 45 days and asked why I needed to pick this up when I already had some. I wasn't sure what she meant and figured she had me confused with someone else. But she confirmed my name and kept asking. I told her I had 2 pills left that would last me for tonight so I was picking up more and had talked to the doctor about this already. She then asked me rudely why I was taking 2 at night of this medication and I shared that 1 hadn't helped so my doctor had upped it to 2 and it helped a lot. She started making it seem like I was unstable and forgetful and said I may have a second bottle at home that I was forgetting about. I told her I didn't. She began to insist I likely did. It was honestly very upsetting. Eventually after a lot of back and forth and my being near tears, she went to refill the bottle. I'm still very confused. I had my doctor send over the prescription. He and I already talked and everything was fine. He knows I don't like medication but that I need to take it and he knows I'm taking steps to get better. I don't know what to do about this situation but I do want to caution others to avoid this younger woman when visiting or even request a different pharmacist. I was very emotional after and even now I'm not sure if I can return again. She really shouldn't be working there if she treats those with medication needs like this. Some of us already feel horrible about needing to take them.

I do not recommend Rexall at all for pharmacy. We arrived and asked if my husband's prescription was ready to be told by the pharmacist that because he did not recognize the name he rejected the prescription. His next question was \ Why are you filling this here in Mission when your doctor is in Abbotsford?\ In all my years going to a pharmacy I have never been asked why I was filling my script at a certain pharmacy. Why the strange behavior from the pharmacist? Because the script was for fentanyl and it is very obvious this pharmacist has a judgement issue with providing certain medications to certain people. I no longer get my scripts filled here and neither does my husband. He shouldn't be a pharmacist!

This is a great pharmacy. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service is absolutely excellent.

One of the absolute worst pharmacies to go to the lead pharmacist is a racist. They are unkind to customers and refuse to explain how to take the medication properly they just fill your perscriptions and kick you out the door if you give any push back regarding the medicine they threaten to put notes on your file and tell you to not come back.
