Terrible service getting a student line of credit. Jamie Dhaliwal says he will let us know on Saturday. Just crickets. I email him. He’s on “holidays” till April 22. Let me remind you it’s August. Didn’t even bother to follow up with us. I had to call twice to someone else, only to say we will go to another banking institution for the loan. Then we get a response. Not impressed at all.

Phoning the branch is ridiculous with the automated service. I just wanted to speak with a person and it wouldn’t let me. The automated Service finally hung up on me!
Polite and respectful staff happy to help customers. They just need to modernize building and make it welcoming for customers.
RBC Mission Branch offers excellent friendly personalized service. Long term staff members really make a point of getting to know clients and their needs. We would recommend banking with RBC for personal and business needs.
