I would like to send a big thank you to the caring staff at Mission Oaks Medical especially to the assistant manager Becca. She was very thorough and friendly. She helped us seek appropriate specialists for a delicate situation and guided us through a very stressful time. Becca took the time to complete our appointments and always has time for her clients.

I love my doctor here but the front desk staff is hit or miss I've had some great experiences with them but other times they've been super rude. An example of this happened today when I called and the receptionist hung up on my deliberately while I was explaining my issue.

Every time I contact the office I get an extremely rude receptionist I believe her name is becca. She is very unprofessional on the phone and has a severe attitude. I do not normally write reviews but this clinic needed another one, clearly there receptionists need to be relooked at judging from the reviews left on here... I feel awful for the doctors.. If you do not have kind receptionists, it looks bad on the clinic.

I've been a patient for well over 15 years. Reception used to be great but now god help your souls if you need to talk to anyone. In the rarity that your call gets answered the moa will put you on hold for an obscene amount of time. If you're there in person she takes calls in the middle of talking to you and makes you stand there for an obscene amount of time. No politeness the staff are always very rude. (Doctors are great I should say, but the office staff make the whole experience cringe worthy)Takes weeks to see someone even about something simple.
