If there was a possibility to give them 0 stars, I would. As I entered the edifice today, I immediately got yelled at by the worker. He used a very disrespectful and condescending tone with me and the others around me. It seemed to me as if he had low people skills. I am surprised that this location is still in business; also given that they are not accurate with their counting. I will definitely take my business to Abbotsford from now on :(

Scammers! It’s unfortunate that there’s no recourse from Return-It. My son went in with 6 full, clear bags of bottles and cans from our household. They had the pre printed labels on them. He was first told he would have to sort them then we were told not to bring the labeled bags there moving forward. We were credited with two bags and 12! It was definitely more then that. These guys do not care, they are rude and untrustworthy. Take your bottles to Abbotsford, worth the trip! Shame on you for scamming a child!
These guys are absolutely brutal. Not only do they provide close to a 50% refund, but they're incredibly rude and argumentative. Return-it should look into this place, it gives their whole organization a bad name. Edit. Just had to post an update for my review. My girlfriend went down to return 2 bags of bottles. She didnt separate them up to the staffs standard, at which point they pointed and laughed at her until she was in tears. She ended up leaving the facility abandoning the bottles altogether. These guys shouldn't be allowed to run a business with the return it brand. It took all my willpower to not go down to give them a piece of my mind. Instead I'll be reaching out to return it and looking into what it takes to start a competitive branch in mission. Our town deserves better than these rejects.
Horrible service. Miscounting bottles and not giving back the appropriate amount of money. Don't go there.
Purposely put my empties back in their 15 pack boxes so it's an easy count each box is 1.50 so 10 boxes should be 15 not 8
