The cosmetics girl Nicole is BEYOND sweet. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so helpful and considerate of my needs. She goes above and beyond to help me find whatever I need. She even asks me my skin type and my concerns, her service is THAT good. She truly wants to do a good job and help you find something that will actually work for you, and will actually spend the time to find the perfect product and is so knowledgeable of the products. Not only that, she is SO talented with her beautiful makeup, I wouldn’t want anyone else helping me! She deserves to be acknowledged for her exceptional customer service! I will definitely be back! London Drug is so lucky to have Amanda S in the team. I went to look for a puzzle on Sunday Oct 4th in the mission location. Amanda went far and beyond to help me. Even when she couldn't find it from other locations, she took the time to call me back personally to inform me within an hour. She was very friendly and did her best to help. Kudos to Brian! I went there tonight to look at a Patio table they had on sale .Thank you for your prompt customer service and helping me carry the purchase to my vehicle. Much appreciated! On another note,Supervisor I dealt with was less than friendly. Hoping some of Brian's positivity rubs off on her.

Very unpleasant experience with a girl named Rowan recently. I could not find one of the items I was looking for and I approached and asked rowan to see if she knew where it was. she was blunt and snappy as if I was supposed to know where it was myself. I’m very disappointment as I am a regular customer and it seemed like somethings were moved around and I was having a slight difficultly finding what I needed as the store seemed disorganized. When I found what I needed I went to go to the cashier and overheard Rowan treating other staff very poorly and putting them down. I am not sure if she is part of management but she is not setting a professional example and is mistreating the other employees which sets a bad scene that is extremely obvious to those around her. Maybe she was having a bad day but her attitude made me reconsider my location choice especially after her making it seem like she didn’t have the time to help me and made me feel unwelcome in a place I’m used to coming regularly. I am very disappointed and her behaviour was unacceptable for someone who I’m guessing has an authoritative position over the employees.

I had a lovely cashier with great hair. it is long and dirty blond. incredibly sweet, the most gentle arms i have ever seen in my day. She did such a good job packing my stuff we had a wonderful conversation. You should hire more people like that.
