Absolutely would never bank here. Lost my card in the machine Sunday. Contacted the customer service over the phone Monday.... they first told me that the branch didn't open till 930 am and I couldn't reach the branch. But they couldn't patch me through because they weren't open yet. Called after 930 am waited 20 min to get through asked to be patched through so I could let them know I was on the way and could prove it was my card. The customer rep left them a message giving me hope I could get it. Took 1.5 hr off work to run back and try .... they are closed Mondays..... neither customer rep could have said anything instead the second told me good luck Tuesday.... go down for 9 am to see them before they destroy if as I've been told they check them first thing. Tell them through locked doors why im there she says they got the message but they dont open till 930 am. Oh tg no problem, I can wait. Sit in my car for 15 more min till 930 am.... to be told by the desk clerk..... guarded or whoever does it and if its not a envision card its shredded I have to go to my bank to get a new card.... So I have now been through 3 people without proper information or just not willing to share what they should have from the get go. Envision you maybe closer to my current home. But turns out the drive is worth it for the competency.... or even just the decency of communication your clerk at the locked door chose to send me to sit and wait longer instead of just telling me there. I'm sorry you'll have to get a new card. Worked my whole life in customer service. Would never have treated someone as your people have.

Why are they still closed??? Finding it hard to understand why Envision would have only 1 branch open for all of Abbotsford and Mission. Guess they dont like to business. Guess their bottom line is more important then helping customers. Sad.
