It was fine here. The lady taking out order at the window was really nice and patient as I have not been here in years and was looking at the drive-thru window. The vegetables in the burgers were fresh, well balanced with the meat and buns. Fries were fresh and I always like onion rings whenever I get them fresh, so that was good. I took one star off because though I like a good grilled burger, one was charred too much. Otherwise i like this better than the golden arches and the happy star place.

I made a pretty big order, family of 5, they got the entire order correct but forgot one cheese burger. They had a staff member run it out to me, still hot, before we even noticed it missing or left the parking lot! Thank you Dairy Queen staff on shift Halloween 2020 at 5pm, you guys are on the ball and going a great job.
I recently had a problem with an order Saturday night. I emailed DQ and they forwarded my concern to the franchisee. Gary called me early Sunday morning to address my concern. He was extremely polite, and made things right. This exceeded my expectations and I can see that Dairy Queen is a company that takes their customer service and feedback seriously. I was overjoyed because DQ is a cut above the rest in terms of consistency, quality and customer service. They have solidified a customer for life in me. Needless to say I highly recommend DQ and this location.
