After 3 years paint came off. When asked by service company the reply from Archgard was just normal wear. I spent over 5 thousand and the paint is only good for 3 years??
when I was growing up I had a job here and bill and ewen had a positive impact in my life so an genuine 5 stars for respect and quality of people in the workshop and the paint I found was actually really solid and clean.

I purchased two Archgard Fireplace inserts. One was purchased 10 years ago the other 7 years ago. Both of the fans have broken. The first one 3 years ago costs me 375. To replace and I can not find. replacement fan for the second one that broke a few weeks ago.. I can not buy one on the internet. The distributor that I purchased the units from are out of business. I have called the Archgard Company and they will not sell me a replacement fan. They said they would get back to me but never did. I do not recommend purchasing from their company.
Pellet stove I bought was very expensive. Thought I was getting top of the line. Installers that were recommended by Archgard had no idea on what they were installing. I got it running myself after a week of trouble shooting. Been working good for the amount I use it in the shop. I will go to Canadian tire to buy if I did it again. Better service.
