Had a really great experience with Mira Floors! We had Kelsey come out to our home to look at the space and provide us with samples to look at, she listened to our needs for the space and was able to make recommendations based on the usage of our home. Kelsey also checked in with us on our demo and installation days to make sure that we were happy with the progress, which we were. Our laminate was installed by Tom & his crew, while the carpet and tile was done by Dylan. All incredibly professional installers. All in all, the process was really smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to get flooring done in their home. Also, great covid safety protocols being followed by the whole Mira team - felt incredibly comfortable and safe having them in my home.

Mira Floors is a wonderful and professional company that was upfront, honest, and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Allan provided the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. He was always easy to reach and quick to respond. He even took the time on a Saturday morning (his day off!) to walk me through everything to ensure that I understood what to expect throughout the entire process. He even followed up with me after the floor was done to see how the rest of the renovations were going - He truly went above and beyond the level of service I could have ever imagine. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and the results - my floors are absolutely stunning! I cant recommend Allan and Mira Floors enough!!

Customer service like you just don't find anymore!! Sean took the time to visit our location the day after our initial inquiry. He helped us assess our needs and was able to recommend a product in that same visit. Samples were speedily provided, all of our questions and concerns were addressed, and all we had to do was make a decision. The work was done well, and in good time. The finishing work that required thoughtful attention to detail was also well done. Other than a couple of issues that only prove me to be a perfectionist, the work crew did a good job of installing, moving furniture, and cleaning up. It is definitely worth your while to consider Mira Floors for your job!
