Have stayed several times and have always been impressed. The suites are well equipped, modern and comfortable. Close to parks, food and shops. They obviously take a lot of pride in their property and as hosts. Thanks!

We stayed at Minto House for our 7 month stay in Victoria and really enjoyed our time there. The house is in a great neighbourhood - close to the ocean and walking distance to downtown. We stayed in Apartment #5 which was well laid out and comfortable for two people. It had everything we needed and was bright and clean. The owners are conscientious and responsive. We were sad to leave!
My partner and I stayed here when were we waiting to move into our new condo. We had a large dog and they were very accomodating. We stayed in a ground floor space but it was very nice with decent furniture, comfy queen bed and lots of windows. The neighbour is TERRIFIC and it was great for the dog and us. You're just a few blocks from the Moss Street Market, and for walks you've got the Lietuenant Governor's gardens about a ten minute walk UPHILL (but good exercise and worth the exertion!). Also you're a very short drive to Cook Street-- or if you enjoy walking it will take about 20 minutes..and you have plenty of restaurants and services. Personally I think Minto House is excellent value for a furnished rental. I've recommended it to friends from out of town because it is such a lovely neighbourhood and very peaceful. We used to see deer all the time on our early morning walks.
Minto House has furnished one and two bedroom suites in the beautiful Fairfield area of Victoria. The surrounding neighbourhood is lovely and a great place to go biking or walking. The Moss Street Market (an exceptional farmers market that runs on Saturdays May-October) is only a few blocks away. Minto House is close to the ocean, Beacon Hill Park and lovely downtown Victoria. If you don't feel like walking there is great bus transportation steps away. Minto House is a beautifully renovated home with 4 apartments. The furnishings are comfortable and the apartments are bright and modern. Laundry facilities on site are an added bonus. We stayed for two months while between accommodation and are very happy to recommend Minto House. The owners are friendly but not intrusive and are quick to respond to any concerns. A very positive experience!!!! Highly recommend.
I had the pleasure of staying at Minto House when I relocated to Victoria for business. It was bright, clean and had all the amenities to allow for an easy transition to Victoria. The owners were lovely to interact with and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks Diana and Simonne
