I waited for 12 days with canpar/Loomis having my package sitting at their terminal but not out for delivery. I tried calling, emailing and live chat with no response from either of them. Today I saw that mini express picked up my package from Loomis. Being confused, but grateful there was someone new to contact I gave Mini Express a call. They answered right away, and told me they were doing some deliveries for Loomis and that they were in my area today. Super professional, helpful and pleasant to actually be able to get ahold of someone. Thanks for taking the time to explain to me what was going on and finally getting my package delivered!
I haven't been to kelowna in 4 years. But I had a business package that had to move between 2 points in kelowna and 1 of the points closed in 30 minutes. I called a local cab company and they couldn't take payment over the phone.... They recommended mini express. I dealt with Mike. They had my package picked up and delivered in record time. They communicated with me via text to let me know when the package was picked up and delivered. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced and I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars because they wouldn't let me give 6.
Great service, real people not trying to rip you off
Found myself in a bind while out of town... did the google search for some delivery options and came across three delivery services in Kelowna open till 11pm. One never answered, the second won't deliver to West Kelowna, and then I called Mini Express. 2 mins on the phone, a few texts back an forth with the info & payment and voila - they had it all handled in 45 mins!!! Not sure it would be reasonable to expect every time, but I was very much impressed to say the least. They have my business. Thanks again.
