This was our first time upsizing and selling our house, and it was an exciting but incredibly stressful and anxiety-inducing experience! We worked with Annette who was beyond amazing, and that is an understatement! Leading up to the purchase of our new house, we were ready to make a strong push, but Annette did a lot of digging around and disclosed some important information that affected our decision. We decided to re-evaluate and in the end, we saved a significant amount of money and still got the same house. Annette is a prime example of an honest, hard-working and sincere realtor and we are so thankful for what she did! When it was time to sell our existing house, Annette went above and beyond for us. Due to our circumstances, she went out of her way every single night to look after our house. She also took it upon herself to market our house beyond what we expected to ensure we were at the highest potential to receive top dollar. When it was show time she provided us with her best advice and guidance, and even though we felt unsure and sometimes scared of the decisions we were making, we continued to put 100% of our trust in her. In the end, it paid off big time and we exceeded the magic number that we had in mind! Through the whole entire process, Annette and her team were incredible! For anyone who is looking for an authentic realtor with a proven track record of success but has not lost sight of what is most important (working for their client's best interests), call Annette and her team!

No words can explain how much we love Annette! We met with other agents, but nothing compared to the warmth and kindness we immediately felt with Annette. She has been helpful and supportive throughout the entire buying/selling process. She always went above and beyond her expected role, and always made time to be available to us whenever we needed her. When we eventually decided to sell, she gave HONEST feedback and offered her marketing strategy expertise. She gave updates and checked up on us every step of the way. Although we were skeptical with some plans, we trusted her and in the end we sold within days and EXCEEDED our expected goal. This 100% wouldn’t be possible without her, and the overall help of the team. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We would recommend the team and especially Annette to anyone! A huge shout out to Sundas Asad from the Charlton Advantage team!! We decided to go ahead with Sundas to buy our first home and we could not have asked for a better agent to represent us in this process. Sundas is professional, responsive and great at negotiating.
