Started researching for storage info for future plans. Contacted JoAnne at the Milton location. She was very cheerful and pleasant as soon as she answered the phone. She was very helpful with information and best options for me. So nice to have such a pain free experience and to speak to a live person. Will definitely be contacting her again when ready for storage needs.

I started renting my storage unit in August 2019 and since my first time there Joanne has been totally awesome. She answered all my questions and usually opened the gate for me and others since she can see us! So sweet. When I told her my goal was to clean my unit out by the end of October 2020 she supported me and would ask for updates and gave me tips. She was just as happy as I was when I was able to move out! I will miss seeing Joanne but know I can drop by and say hi. Joanne you rock!
