I have received outstanding service from SMG Milton. I am new to CPAP and I have had a lot of questions throughout the process. SMG Milton helped me work through many different options of masks and settings. They greatly assisted with all of the administrative items associated with the government and benefit plan funding of the equipment. With their efforts I am now running at fully controlled AHI and leak results. Rupal and Sandra have been my primary contacts. They have both been absolutely great to work with. Highly skilled and professional; they have made the entire process easy for me. The rest of the staff that I have worked with have also been very skilled and professional. I went with Resmed equipment. I have used the phone app available through the manufacturer to monitor my results. This monitoring has been an enormous help to me to learn about CPAP, and, most importantly, what works well and what does not. I highly recommend the use of the app through the early phase of the process. it also allowed me to really to understand the advice from SMG Milton. I had several retail and professional service options near home and work where I could have gone for my equipment. I decided on going to SMG Milton in part because of the great reviews.
